When there is a real risk of injury or death, major damage to the property, or the property is not secure. For example: blocked toilet, water leak or no power. We will respond and make the situation safe within 24 hours.

    Urgent Repair:

This is generally for small repairs that present a major inconvenience to you, immediate damage to the property, or a health or security problem.
